THE PROPERTY

What once felt like the outer edges of the archipelago is now easily accessible via a new  public water taxi which caters to the community. The service offers 4 trips a day in each direction, between Chiriqui Grande and Bocas Town, with Loma Partida being the stop in the center.    The property has very clean long-term ROP Rights of Possession papers with a Panama Corporation. Loma Partida is a little waterfront town of its own right. It has a small conveniance store, a gas station, two churches, a school , and a few restaurants. Tourism is budding in the area, as the natural beauty is undeniable.

SOLAR SYSTEM

This property is off the grid and runs with a solar system of 3 Outback inverters, 9,000 watts of power and 24 batteries. Power is not an issue with this excellent system.

THE BODEGAS

Behind the homes, there are 2 bodegas , one is used to house the solar system, the washer and dryer and the deep freezers, there is also a tool room. The second is a large split level work shop. The Bodegas come as they are, filled with tools, hardware, gardening equipment and construction materials that the owner is leaving for the new buyer.

THE GROUNDS

You will not go hungry here. There are many fruit trees of all kinds, and many types of exotic flowers winding up the hill. The trails are magical as you can eat your way to the top. Halfway up is the chicken coup. Above that is the goat pasture. This place is totally self-sustainable.
