Description
Currently operating as a boutique hotel, this artistic development sits high on a bluff, gazing down on the shores of the Azuero Peninsula. A creatively curated space, orientated West to worship the path of the sun.
THE STRUCTURES
Upon entering the hotel space you are met with the centerpiece and theme, the panoramic view of the Pacific Sea. There are three pool side accommodations each with their own private bathroom, that measure 27 m2. The bar, lounge and restaurant are also steps away from the pool, and offer a comfortable but rustic feel, laced with contemporary accents like the striking Barcelona chairs which adorn the lounge. The managers quarters are privately located on the opposite side of the kitchen, a nice separation from the guest’s area. In this studio unit, there is a private bathroom, a living room and sleeping space. The principal building is 330 m2.
Beyond the main building are three independent cabins, with king sized beds, large bathrooms, and private patios to soak in the golden hour. These measure 75 m2 each.
Other out buildings of the property include the 3 bay carport, and a small house for employees/storage of about 40 m2.
THE LAND
The developed land is 1.5 hectare of the total 5 hectare property. This area, which spans from the road to the development, will be offered with an easement to the beach for the listing price. If the entire 5 hectares is desired, the asking price becomes 2.5 millions USD.
