Paraiso Pepper Farm

THE LAND
The terrain is gently rolling, perfect for drainage and cultivation. With rich black volcanic soil, abundant rainfall, and the cool mountain climate, the Paraiso Pepper Farm is primed for diversification—fruit trees, vegetables, herbs or even agro-tourism projects.

THE DREAM
The Paraiso Pepper Farm is perfect for the farmer or homesteader:
Though currently only growing one crop, anything is possible on this fertile soil. Build a home and bring your animals! This farm has all the infrastructure already installed for you to grow peppers. It will be an easy second step to expand the varieties of fruit and vegetables. Take advantage of the black volcanic soil of the region, and enjoy the vantage point of the highlands with views that lead your eye up to the Volcán Barú and down into a lovely valley.
