It is naturally forested which attracts a large variety of tropical birdlife and is located 250 meters off the main road to Santa Fe in a quiet, safe neighborhood.   There are two established European standard houses in the area, and the builder, who lives in one, is available to help construct or advise on the construction of your dream home.  This property has easy access to electricity and community water.   Good cellular signals and internet access.
