Loma Partida Cabana and Caribbean Springs

What felt like the outer edges of the Bocas del Toro Archipelago is now more easily accessible than ever before! A new public water taxi route does a round trip from the main island of Bocas del Toro towards the Port town of Chiriqui Grande 4 times daily. In the middle of this hour long voyage the boat stops in the quaint village of Loma Partida. Call in advance and the service will drop you off at the doorstep of this adorable over the water cabana, which makes grocery trips to town a breeze.

THE HOME

The sweetest little cabana over the sea greets you at the base of a stunning parcel of land. A studio lay out, the cabana has a living room and bedroom combined, with a bathroom at the back, and a separate kitchen to the side. The space opens onto a 16 m2 covered patio dining area, and on the other side is a boat house with a lift and a workshop where the offgrid systems are located, including a back up generator, 1 year old lithium batteries.

THE LAND

North facing with excellent elevation and 117 meters of seafront, this 2 hectare lot boasts amazing views of the island dotted coast of the Southern Lagoon system in Bocas del Toro. At least 2 beautiful build sites grace the manicured hillside of the property where the North Breeze is constant. The land is planted with matured mango trees, rose apple, pineapple, plantains and bananas. The most exciting parts of this property are the 2 fresh water springs! Imagine relaxing in a cool natural infinity pool taking in the views.
