Funky Mid Century Modern Satellite Island

THE HOME

The bright orange home is accessible via a staircase through a lock up storage area. There is plenty more space on the ground floor to develop if you wanted to expand and build a garden suite. Upstairs you will find an open kitchen/living area, with sliding glass doors leading to the wrap around veranda. Each screen door on this upstairs floor is protected with steel screens, and the home is sided in fiber cement .

Tucked behind the wall of the living room are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own shower inside, and both bedrooms have access to private segments of the wrap around deck. Adding to the vintage vibe are slated shades built into the patio, which break up the afternoon sun into beautiful streaks of light. The home is orientated west for excellent sunsets.

The Funky Mid century Modern home runs runs on solar, and the water is collected from the rain, in 10,000 liter tank. Though this property is currently Right of Possession, a Title application has been submitted.
